Spencer Architecture offers architectural design, planning and building surveying services. As a family-run business for over 30 years, we pride ourselves on providing a personal service to our clients and helping them realise the full potential of their homes or commercial property by supporting them throughout the planning application process and the implementation of their buidling projects. 

The majority of our work comes direct, especially through referrals and repeat business from established property owners or providing assistance to property managers and other complimentary service providers.

We’re passionate about being creative and making designs and spaces that reflect our clients’ ideas and priorities. Not afraid to lock horns with planners, our experienced architects and building surveyors have proven negotiating skills that help achieve the best results from planning authorities.

We’re based in the picturesque Hampshire village of Upper Clatford, mid-way between Andover, Winchester and Salisbury. We also have offices in central London, so we’re ideally located to work on behalf of clients across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Surrey, Sussex and Kent.
